Role Overview
We are seeking a technically driven Senior Salesforce Developer. This role involves complex platform customization, enterprise integration engineering, data-driven delivery, and AI-augmented development practices. The ideal candidate will write clean, scalable code, take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, and embrace Generative AI and Agentic AI tools as a core part of the daily engineering workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC components, and advanced Flow automation.
- Build scalable, reusable, and well-documented code aligned with platform best practices and governor limits.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems including MuleSoft, SAP, Documentum, and Excalibur using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Build and maintain Salesforce data models, including custom objects, relationships, and schema design.
- Support data migration efforts from legacy platforms, contributing to ETL/ELT design, transformation logic, and data validation scripts.
- Leverage Agentic AI platforms for accelerated code generation, test automation, story refinement, and technical documentation.
- Develop solutions that adhere to platform governance standards, including permission sets, profiles, field-level security, and sharing model best practices.
- Work closely with the Tech Lead, Product Owner, and Business Analyst to clarify requirements and refine user stories.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with ownership of complex, production-grade solutions.
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and Salesforce platform internals.
- Proven experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Hands-on experience with data migration projects, including ETL/ELT design, transformation logic, and data validation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Active daily use of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context.
- Experience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and workflow automation in enterprise environments.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with awareness of NERC compliance and audit requirements.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce and AI-enabled workflow development.
- Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms.
- Knowledge of Documentum, Excalibur, or enterprise content management systems.
- Background in multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models.
- Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer certification.
