Job Title: Zip Implementation Consultant / Intake-to-Pay Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Zip Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in Intake-to-Pay (I2P) processes to support procurement transformation initiatives. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing Zip procurement workflows, collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to drive scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Zip across intake, approvals, and procurement workflows.
Design, configure, and optimize Intake-to-Pay (I2P) processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Integrate Zip with ERP systems, procurement tools, and financial platforms.
Establish governance frameworks, ensuring process consistency and audit readiness.
Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
Work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing execution with structure.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in procurement systems, Intake-to-Pay, or P2P implementations.
Hands-on experience with Zip (procurement/intake platform) implementation.
Strong understanding of ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Experience working closely with Finance and Accounting teams.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in process design, workflow automation, and optimization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
Background in procurement transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with AP/AR, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
