Location: Stamford, Connecticut on site 4 days a week

Role Overview
We are seeking a UI Designer to improve the user interface of products, making them more enjoyable and easier to use. This role involves collaboration with developers, analysts, and other designers to understand market preferences and implement changes for computer hardware or software. A portfolio of previous work is a necessary component of the application process.
Role Overview- 50/50 split between:
- Email design production
- Motion graphics / animation
- Majority of the work is hands-on production
Core Responsibilities- Email design production (high volume)
- Every email requires a designer touch using Ditto Words (Figma plugin)
- Motion graphics and animation work
- Ramping up support content videos (animated)
- Organizational work within Figma
- Maintaining and organizing design files and systems
- Following storyboards and working closely with copywriters to bring animations to life
Tools & Skills- After Effects
- Figma
- Ditto Words (Figma plugin)
- Nice-to-have:
- Applying AI to design workflows (something the team is actively exploring)
