Description

We are looking for a UX Designer for a remote contract. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of designers and engineers to create engaging user experiences that align with business goals and exceed user expectations. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects within the financial and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed, development-ready design mockups in Figma that address user needs and meet business objectives.

Collaborate with product teams to ensure designs align with strategic goals and deliver effective user experiences.

Partner with UX designers and engineering teams to refine and implement design solutions.

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve design outcomes.

Maintain design consistency and quality across all deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines.

Contribute to brainstorming and design sessions, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Provide expert guidance on UX best practices to stakeholders and team members.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design processes.

Support cross-functional teams in integrating designs into product development workflows.

Document design decisions and processes to ensure clear communication across teams.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in UX design and UI design.
Proficiency in Figma for creating high-quality design mockups.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers and developers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design concepts.
Familiarity with financial or healthcare industry projects is desirable but not required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of current design trends and tools to remain competitive in the field.
