Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Learning.
Knowledge of Oracle HCM configuration and testing methodologies.
Experience with defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar).Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while supporting a cross-functional project team.
Key skills:
The HCM Learning Functional Consultant will support the Oracle HCM Learning workstream by assisting with system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and implementation activities.
This role works closely with the project team to validate business requirements, execute functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and support the successful delivery of the Learning solution.
This is a delivery support role and is not responsible for leading the Learning workstream.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Oracle Learning based on approved business requirements.Develop and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios.Identify, document, troubleshoot, and validate defect resolution.
Support data validation and system configuration activities.Collaborate with project team members to resolve functional issues.
Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and deployment readiness.
Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on assigned activities.
