Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Seismic professional to support and enhance enterprise Sales Enablement and MarTech operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Seismic platform administration, LiveDocs, content management, integrations, and production support.
This role requires someone who can independently manage Seismic configurations, troubleshoot platform issues, and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Seismic platform

Seismic Administration
LiveDocs
Dynamic content management
Template configuration
Workflows and permissions
Content governance
Seismic integrations
Experience configuring and supporting Seismic applications end-to-end
Ability to independently troubleshoot production and platform issues
Strong experience supporting Sales Enablement / MarTech environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Working experience in Insurance domain is a plus
Experience integrating Seismic with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience in enterprise production support environments
Knowledge of APIs, SSO/SAML, HTML/CSS is a plus
Prior consulting or contractor experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Configure, administer, and maintain Seismic platform components
Support LiveDocs templates and dynamic content workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve Seismic platform/application issues
Work closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Technology teams
Ensure platform stability, performance, and operational excellence
Support enhancements, integrations, and ongoing platform improvements
Manage permissions, governance, and content lifecycle processes
