• Title: Business Systems Analyst Lead 
• Location: Pittsburgh, PA – strongly preferred; All other tech hubs
• Contract: W2 only, 6-12 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI
• Pay: $60/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

This role involves leading requirements gathering and managing the backlog for credit card rewards and lending products within a banking or financial services environment. The candidate will work closely with a collaborative team, including a scrum master, product owner, developers, and a manager, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily stand-up meetings
• Ensure the team has a backlog assigned out to the developers
• Work with the POs to ensure there is enough functional stories
• Ensure the flow of requirements from the PO to developers is built out
• Requirements gathering sessions
• Track existing requirements and changes

Required Skills

• Level 4 – 8-10 years+ Jira SAFe Agile Principles
• Ability to write Acceptance Criteria modeling Gherkin scripts
• Proficiency documenting technical requirements in the form of functional requirements
• Knowledge of a Consumer mindset
• Confluence
• Cucumber or other automation test scripting
• Knowledge of GIT repository and Postman
• Personable
• Respectful

• Leadership

Required Education

• Bachelor''s Degree

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GIT repository and Postman
• Experience with consumer banking products is a plus
• Experience with customer rewards platforms is highly desirable
