Description
Our client is searching for a talented IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms to deliver exceptional support and resolve technical issues efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, supporting the Bank's mission to provide reliable financial services to our member institutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. You will play a vital role in maintaining the Bank's technology infrastructure by troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving IT incidents, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely IT support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
Utilize ServiceNow or comparable ITSM tools to log, track, and resolve incidents and requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operation of IT systems and applications.
Follow established procedures and regulatory guidelines in troubleshooting and escalation.
Document solutions and update knowledge bases to assist future support efforts.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives that enhance the Bank's technology infrastructure.
Qualifications
Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably within financial services or regulated environments.
Hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Strong troubleshooting skills across a range of IT hardware and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of compliance and security practices relevant to financial institutions is a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with Active Directory, including password resets and onboarding or offboarding users; demonstrate proficiency in O365, particularly with Exchange and Outlook, and be capable of checking and assigning licenses to users; have familiarity with SharePoint (which is a plus); be adept at supporting Windows 10 and 11 environments; resolve VPN connectivity issues; work with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions; manage and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA); perform laptop reimaging; have experience with Intune for mobile device management (MDM), including profile setup and application troubleshooting; and be comfortable using ticketing systems to track and resolve technical issues.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
