Work Setup: Primarily onsite (flexibility for ~3 remote days/month)
We're looking for an experienced IT Project / Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams. This role will drive delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while maintaining strong governance and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale projects or programs
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
- Manage risks, budgets, and interdependencies across teams
- Establish communication plans, governance, and reporting standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams
- Partner with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive decisions and outcomes
- Promote and apply project management best practices, including agile methods
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field
- 5+ years of IT experience, including:
- At least 2 years leading projects (not just coordinating)
- Direct experience working with business stakeholders (not purely IT delivery)
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving enterprise systems, applications, or cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on experience managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines simultaneously
- Working knowledge of both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) delivery models in real-world environments
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams or projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with director-level or higher
- Familiarity with risk management, resource planning, and change management practices
- Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred
