Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is seeking an Analyst.

Vendor Management Office (VMO) Support:
* Partner with IT leaders to facilitate vendor engagement requests and purchase order (PO) submissions
* Support the service desk where vendor requests are initiated, providing guidance and troubleshooting
* Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies
* Act as a liaison between IT leadership, ISC, and finance to ensure smooth workflows and timely approvals
* Coordinate vendor request escalations from IT leaders to VP level, and subsequently to CIO review
* Track and monitor vendor spend, ensuring budget compliance and accurate forecasting

Financial Analysis & Support:
* Provide financial analysis and reporting to support IT leadership decision-making
* Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights
* Support monthly close activities, including accruals and journal entries as needed
* Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects

Process Improvement & Collaboration:
* Identify opportunities to streamline vendor management and procurement processes
* Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency
* Build strong relationships with IT stakeholders to understand business needs and provide proactive support

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
