with the subject line "MP&P Technical Analyst 3."Key Responsibilities- Author and maintain Non-Destructive Test (NDT) procedures.
- Incorporate revisions authored by Method Responsible Level III personnel through the standard procedure review process.
- Develop Computer-Assisted Drawings (CAD) for specialized calibration standards.
- Perform setup and configuration of non-destructive test and measurement equipment in accordance with calibration standards.
- Create detailed procedure figures illustrating inspection locations, geometry, accessibility constraints, probe/transducer placement, and notch signal response.
- Identify and report potential adverse trends or anomalous inspection results.
Required Qualifications- 1+ year of education or hands-on experience in Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications- 3+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 800 hours of Ultrasonic Testing (UT) experience.
- 300 hours of Ultrasonic Shear-Wave Testing experience.
- 800 hours of Eddy Current Testing (ET) experience.
- Experience using CAD software.
- Experience writing UT and ET techniques and inspection procedures.
