Summary

Job Summary:
  • We are looking for an L1 Deskside support professional to provide first-level technical support for the Emerson Houston location.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1 technical support and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Perform basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow IT support processes.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in L1/Desktop Support or Service Desk support.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and basic networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage support tickets effectively.
