Description We are partnering with a leading organization to bring on a
Program Manager to lead delivery governance for a high-visibility initiative. This role will oversee a portfolio of interrelated projects within a broader enterprise program, ensuring alignment across scope, timeline, financials, and business outcomes.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong executive communication, financial oversight, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, teams, and vendors.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead end-to-end program governance across multiple, interdependent projects
- Oversee scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and financials for Phase 2 of a major digital/web initiative
- Drive cross-project alignment within a broader program portfolio, ensuring outcomes support business strategy
- Own consolidated reporting for executive stakeholders, including status, risks, and financials
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the program
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, escalating when appropriate
- Partner with and hold vendors accountable for delivery, performance, and contractual obligations
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining program momentum
What We're Looking For- Proven experience leading large-scale programs or portfolios with multiple, interrelated workstreams
- Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting, and variance management
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing vendors and external partners in a delivery environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex dependencies
- Experience supporting or delivering customer-facing digital or web platforms
- Strong risk management and escalation judgment
Nice to Have- Experience with enterprise digital transformation or website replatforming initiatives
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or other portfolio/project tracking tools
- Experience working in hybrid Agile environments
