Description We are seeking a seasoned freelance Senior Designer for a major rebranding project. This role is ideal for a highly autonomous professional with expert-level PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite skills who thrives working independently. Hours are flexible, and average approximately 20 per week, depending on project deadlines.
Project Overview:
- Lead design execution for a company-wide rebrand, applying new agency-developed brand guidelines across key materials
- Projects include transforming existing brochures and communications into the new brand look
- Ensure hierarchy, readability, and narrative flow - balancing multiple brand elements
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Work independently as the sole designer, managing multiple deliverables and deadlines
- Receive clear project assignments and timelines
- Translate complex brand assets into visually compelling, practical materials
- Ensure all designs follow external brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Take initiative and deliver solutions with minimal oversight or need for revision
Requirements Technical Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive presentations and templates
- Advanced Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills
- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
Qualifications & Must-Haves:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in B2B, consulting, financial services, or agency environments
- Superior layout and information hierarchy capabilities
- Strong visual storytelling and stock photography selection judgment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
