Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing system functionality, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting operational workflows. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes while providing system support and analytics to drive informed business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Monitor system connectors to promptly address issues related to order flow and inventory synchronization.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system challenges, providing comprehensive user support.
Test and validate system updates, features, and enhancements to ensure optimal functionality.
Maintain accurate records for customers, vendors, inventory, and other critical data within the system.
Perform regular audits to uphold data integrity and quality across all workflows.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches to enhance visibility into operational metrics.
Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with teams to map processes, document workflows, and implement best practices.
Train users on system functionalities, creating guides and documentation for effective utilization.
Communicate with external partners to address escalated issues and validate system improvements.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in operations, business systems, or data administration roles.
Proficiency in NetSuite with a strong understanding of saved searches, workflows, and troubleshooting.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail in managing data accuracy.
Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
Effective communication skills to explain system concepts to users with varying technical expertise.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on improving processes.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and business analysis principles.
Background in consumer goods, wholesale, or inventory-driven industries is a plus.
