Job Title: SAP Program Manager (S/4HANA Transformation)

Location: Bay Area, CA (Remote Must support PST hours)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a large-scale SAP transformation program involving migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA Private Cloud under the RISE framework. The project includes a Greenfield S/4HANA implementation with a focus on finance processes and enterprise reporting capabilities. The program includes integration with multiple enterprise systems, reporting platforms, and master data governance solutions.

Scope of Implementation

The implementation primarily focuses on finance processes and enterprise reporting, including:

Finance processes (R2R, P2P, Asset Accounting, Master Data)

Enterprise reporting and analytics platforms

Master Data Governance implementation

Integration with approximately 50 boundary applications

Financial close and reconciliation solutions

Key Responsibilities

Lead and track progress across multiple project workstreams including reporting, integration, master data governance, and billing

Coordinate activities between functional teams, technical teams, and integration teams

Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across the program

Provide regular project updates to leadership and executive stakeholders

Prepare weekly project status reports, dashboards, and burndown charts

Ensure alignment between technical and functional teams during implementation phases

Drive delivery milestones and ensure successful program execution

Required Experience

10+ years of SAP project management experience

Proven experience managing large SAP S/4HANA transformation program management

Hands-on experience leading SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration or implementation projects

Strong understanding of core SAP finance processes (P2P, R2R, Asset Accounting, Master Data)

Experience managing complex integration environments

Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills

Nice to Have

Experience with enterprise reporting platforms

Experience with Master Data Governance implementations

Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA

Work Environment

Remote role with collaboration across distributed teams

Must be able to support Pacific Time (PST) working hours
