Key Responsibilities
- Serve as key liaison between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, refine backlogs, and drive iterative delivery
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and product features
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams
- Enable adaptive planning, early delivery, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or additional 4 years relevant experience)
- 8+ years Business Analyst experience, 2-3 years as Lead BA
- Recent Health insurance payor industry experience required
- ServiceNow (CSM, ITSM, CRM) implementation/migration experience
- Hands-on experience creating 10-15 user stories per week in JIRA
- Strong Agile frameworks knowledge (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience with large scrum teams and exceptional communication skills
Preferred Skills
- UI product experience and basic Webservices knowledge
- RestAPIs, Cloud/DevOps project experience
- SAFe/Agile related Certifications
