Key Highlights
- Healthcare domain expertise in Claims or Enrollments
- 8+ years Solution Architect experience required
- Hybrid role in Reston, VA - W2 only (No C2C)
- Lead enterprise optimization using Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of domain architecture viewpoints, models, and analysis of pain points and opportunities
- Drive design, engineering, and implementation of reusable architecture assets and patterns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into high-performance architectural solutions
- Lead peer reviews, Architecture Review Board briefings, and vendor evaluations
- Research emerging trends and develop domain strategies aligned with IT roadmaps
- Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment across architecture domains
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; 8+ years Solution Architect experience
- Healthcare background in Claims or Enrollments domains
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API/Web Services, Angular/UX, DB2, AWS Cloud
- Proven SAFE/Agile framework experience and architecture design documentation
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, coaching, and cross-domain solution management
- Experience with architecture frameworks, methods, and tools
