Position Overview

Seeking a Senior Informatica MDM Developer / Administrator with extensive experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica MDM, SQL, and enterprise data integration. This role will be responsible for managing client and provider identity resolution processes, supporting enterprise analytics initiatives, and driving data governance and data quality programs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in MDM platforms, identity management, data profiling, and enterprise data architecture while serving as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management (MDM)

• Design, develop, administer, and maintain enterprise Master Data Management solutions.

• Configure and support Informatica MDM environments.

• Develop and manage client, member, and provider identity resolution processes.

• Implement matching, merging, survivorship, and deduplication rules.

• Establish identity crosswalks across multiple enterprise systems.

• Support enterprise master data strategy and governance initiatives.

Informatica Development & Data Integration

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.

• Support data integration workflows involving multiple internal and external data sources.

• Build and optimize data pipelines supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data consistency and reliability.

• Support cloud and hybrid integration initiatives using Informatica technologies.

Data Analysis & Profiling

• Perform data profiling, identity analysis, and data quality assessments.

• Analyze member and provider data from multiple source systems.

• Identify data anomalies, duplicates, and integrity issues.

• Develop solutions to improve data accuracy and consistency.

• Support data quality monitoring and remediation activities.

Business & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Gather business requirements related to identity management and data integration.

• Collaborate with SMEs, business users, data analysts, and technical teams.

• Translate technical findings into clear business language.

• Support analytics teams in developing trusted data assets for reporting and decision-making.

• Act as a subject matter expert for master data and identity management initiatives.

Data Governance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance standards.

• Support data stewardship and data quality initiatives.

• Develop and enforce identity management standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with governance teams to improve data integrity and consistency.

• Support regulatory and compliance-related data requirements.

AI & Data Innovation

• Develop and optimize AI prompts and query strategies for data discovery and analysis.

• Support AI-assisted data profiling and identity management use cases.

• Validate AI-generated outputs and identify potential inaccuracies.

• Create reusable prompt libraries and templates for common business needs.

• Stay current on emerging AI, MDM, and data management technologies.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Promote adoption of MDM solutions and data governance practices.

• Develop user documentation, training materials, and best-practice guides.

• Conduct training sessions for business and technical users.

• Mentor team members on MDM concepts, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Required Experience

• 12+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter.

• 10+ years of experience with Informatica MDM or equivalent Master Data Management platforms.

• 10+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating identity management needs into technical solutions.

• 8+ years of experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• 8+ years of strong SQL experience for data profiling, analysis, and manipulation.

• 8+ years of experience developing client and provider identity management strategies.

• 8+ years of experience collaborating with analytics, reporting, and business teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse environments.

• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

• Experience within healthcare, government, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.

• Experience implementing data governance and data quality frameworks.

• Experience serving as the primary MDM contact for enterprise analytics initiatives.
