Our client is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst / BI Analyst in Apopka, FL
Role Description
Act as a force multiplier and right hand partner to the Hiring Manager
Define problems, architect solutions, and execute independently
Automate processes and reduce manual data entry
Own reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions
Build sustainable, well documented solutions (not siloed or stored in personal drives)
Support AI initiatives and automation scripting (currently using Claude)
Work in an agile, fast fail environment with minimal micromanagement
Strong focus on financial and job costing data
Support automated payroll and AI enabled payroll processes (NetSuite)
Learn the business end to end
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field
Business Intelligence & Analytics (big picture thinker)
Solution architecture / systems thinking
Process automation & scripting
SQL and data modeling
BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker - don't need all)
Experience working with financial systems (budgeting forecasting)
Consulting mindset (define the problem, not just report data)
Automation mindset
Self starter
Thinks about the big picture
Problem solver
Can communicate well with stakeholders (50% customer facing/50% internal)
AI enablement / agents
