Job#: 3034860 Job Description: Title: Senior Product Manager - Testing (Contract)
We're looking for a Sr Product Manager - Testing to help scale and mature our experimentation practice across digital products. This is a contract role for someone who has operated in a mature, enterprise experimentation program - beyond basic A/B testing - where experimentation is treated as a core product capability.
What you'll do:
- Guide and execute experimentation strategy across digital (Desktop, iOS and Android Apps) along with building or scaling tests
- Evolve testing beyond simple A/B tests into advanced methodologies (multivariate testing, holdouts, sequential testing, and other robust experimental designs)
- Partner with engineering, AI/ML team, and analytics to ensure statistically sound experiment design, measurement, and interpretation
- Ability to perform deep experiment analysis (not just interpreting dashboards, but digging into results, identifying patterns, diagnosing anomalies, and surfacing actionable insights)
- Build scalable frameworks, governance, and best practices for experimentation across teams
- Review and improve how experiments are designed, executed, and interpreted across the organization
- Translate experiment results into clear product and business decisions
- Help drive adoption of a more mature, data-driven experimentation culture
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in product management, Experimentation/Testing, and data-driven product roles
- Experience with experimentation platforms beyond just basic A/B testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target or equivalent enterprise testing toolsets, custom frameworks, etc.)
- Experience in enterprise-scale experimentation environments with high test velocity like Adobe Target, StatSig, Optimizely or similar
- Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies beyond basic A/B testing with a strong grasp of statistical principles (sample size, significance, bias, variance, etc.)
Nice to have:
- Experience building or scaling experimentation frameworks or platforms
- Exposure to personalization systems, feature flagging, or adaptive experimentation
- Background in backend end using server-side experience rendering
