Employment Type: 2-year contract with potential to convert.
Role Overview
The Senior Clinical Recall Cost Recovery Program Manager owns the program end-to-end from defining the structure and approach, to building the operating model, to executing the work independently. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role requiring strong clinical and operational judgment, disciplined program design, and the ability to deliver results without day-to-day direction.
The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, manage financial aspects of the project, and interface effectively with all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors is required
Skills:- Project management as an IC - driving work
- Experience with ICD 10, CPT codes, and/or Epic
- Data Analysis - Excel, PowerBI, Tableau
About the role:
- Rapidly establish a clear, end to end program structure - including scope, methodology, workflows, assumptions, and governance - to move cost recovery from concept to execution. This includes producing concise, executive ready artifacts (e.g., one page plans) that clearly communicate priorities, risks, timelines, and decision points.
- Own and execute the work end to end as a senior individual contributor, without reliance on frequent direction. This includes driving analysis, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and deliverables independently to maintain momentum and meet compressed timelines in a high accountability environment.
- Analyze and synthesize clinical, operational, and system data to produce clear, defensible insights that guide decision making and support cost recovery execution. This includes developing and prioritizing recommendations, defining next steps, and preparing comprehensive cost recovery evidence packets for submission to suppliers-moving stakeholders from ambiguity to action with a clear, data supported path forward.
