Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. UX Designer to help shape user experiences for complex, enterprise-level platforms. This role focuses on designing scalable, accessible, and reusable interface solutions that support internal users across multiple systems and workflows.

The position sits within a cross-functional product and engineering environment and requires close collaboration with designers, developers, and business partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This opportunity is well suited for a designer who enjoys working on foundational systems, balancing usability with technical constraints, and contributing to design solutions that scale across teams and products.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will contribute across the full design lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on UI systems, component design, and accessibility. You'll help ensure design quality while supporting efficient delivery in Agile environments.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and evolving reusable UI components and patterns that support consistency and scalability
  • Partnering with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences
  • Applying user-centered design principles to complex workflows and enterprise applications
  • Supporting accessibility standards and inclusive design practices across interfaces
  • Producing design artifacts such as wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final UI specifications
  • Facilitating design discussions, incorporating feedback, and iterating at the appropriate level
  • The role requires comfort operating within technical constraints while still advocating for strong user experiences.

Required Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in UX, UI, or product design for complex applications
  • A portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX work, component-driven design, and modern design practices
  • Experience working with design systems and reusable UI libraries
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability best practices
  • Working knowledge of front-end concepts and collaboration with development teams
  • Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting or contributing to enterprise design systems
  • Exposure to accessibility guidelines such as WCAG or similar standards
  • Experience collaborating closely with front-end engineers on implementation
  • UX or design-related certifications
