large-scale data center campus in the Richmond area. You'll get hands-on training, work alongside experienced techs, and learn skills that lead to

What You'll Be Doing (You'll Be Trained)You'll work with a structured team completing entry-level infrastructure tasks across the data center.
- Installing cable trays, ladder rack, and basic support systems
- Building and organizing server racks
- Pulling cable and fiber through large data hall spaces
- Learning how to terminate and punch down cabling
- Routing and dressing cables using J-hooks, D-rings, fish tape
- Assisting with grounding, fire-stopping, and low-voltage work
- Reading basic drawings and following instructions
- Helping and learn from team leads
You
won't be thrown in blind - training and supervision are provided.

Schedule & Work EnvironmentSchedule:- Full-time
- Flexibility required (some longer days during peak production)
- Occasional 10-12 hour shifts
- Some 6-day work weeks, depending on project needs
Environment:- Large, active data center construction site
- Indoor industrial setting
- Physical work: walking, bending, lifting, climbing
(We're upfront so there are no surprises.)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
