Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on SharePoint expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. This role involves working on high-profile projects, collaborating with IT professionals, and delivering impactful solutions.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with IT professionals on the full lifecycle of multiple high-profile projects.
- Estimate deliverables and provide updates on progress.
- Document technical use cases, specifications, data models, and systems interfaces.
- Perform application installations and administration for server-based software.
- Investigate and resolve defects.
- Analyze and compare alternative solutions, making appropriate recommendations.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with business customers, IT colleagues, and software vendors.
- Plan and execute system tests for new solutions.
- Develop scripts and processes to assist in objectives.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst working directly with and/or using SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint (data tables and site management).
- Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps.
- Self-directed and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Nice-to-have skills: scripting in SQL, PowerShell, Bash; documentation and requirements gathering; strong analytical ability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or equivalent engineering or business-related fields preferred; High School Diploma or equivalency required.

Pay Range: $50 - $53/hr. W2
