The Mission

StaffRight Associates is sourcing for a Software Engineer, Agentic AI Systems to drive a high-stakes initiative at the frontier of computational drug discovery. This role is not merely about application development; it is about the technical synthesis of large language models (LLMs), multi-agent architectures, and sophisticated retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) within a high-performance scientific ecosystem. You will be responsible for the systemic integration of autonomous AI agents into complex research loops, effectively bridging the gap between frontier machine learning and atomic-level molecular simulations to accelerate the development of life-saving therapeutics.


Core Technical Objectives

  • Orchestrate the architecture and deployment of multi-agent AI frameworks designed to automate and optimize high-throughput scientific research workflows.

  • Synthesize cutting-edge RAG systems and LLM-driven tools with proprietary scientific software to enhance the precision of molecular modeling and drug design.

  • Engineer end-to-end data pipelines that utilize intelligent feedback loops to refine and accelerate the training of domain-specific machine learning models.

  • Formalize the transition from rapid algorithmic prototyping to production-scale infrastructure, ensuring high-availability and system resilience within a distributed computing environment.

  • Deploy automated code-generation utilities and intelligent workflows to minimize manual research overhead and maximize the velocity of drug discovery programs.

  • Validate the integration of AI-powered systems through rigorous pressure-testing, ensuring alignment between computational outputs and biological research requirements.
