Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
  • Program PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots for new and existing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation system issues, including hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and integrate solutions.
  • Optimize existing automation systems for improved efficiency, throughput, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation systems and processes.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, and robotics in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Automation), SCADA systems, and HMI development.
  • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET).
  • Experience with vision systems, sensors, and other automation hardware.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automated manufacturing processes.
