Summary

We are seeking an Infrastructure Project manager to lead a high-performing Infrastructure & Operations team. This role focuses on modernizing network and server environments within a critical public service sector.

The Essentials

Location: Columbia, SC (Must be a South Carolina resident)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in-office / 3 days remote)
Interview Process: 1 Round (Virtual/Online)
Shift: EST

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and coach the Project Administration team to meet enterprise infrastructure objectives.
Strategic Oversight: Define scope, timelines, and budgets for complex network and server projects.
Process Maturation: Implement and refine SDLC methodologies and project management standards.
Risk Management: Proactively identify technical risks and execute mitigation strategies.
Communication: Act as the bridge between technical staff and executive stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

10+ Years of IT Project Management experience.
5+ Years of hands-on experience in Network Infrastructure, Servers, and System Administration.
PMP Certification (Mandatory).
Education: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of additional related work experience.

Preferred Expertise

Experience within Medicaid, Social Services, or Healthcare sectors.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and security frameworks.
Proficiency in MS Project and SolarWinds.
Ability to manage high-pressure priorities and deliver high-quality technical documentation.
