Job#: 3033536 Job Description: Epic MyChart Application AnalystApex Systems is seeking experienced Epic MyChart Analysts to support digital health initiatives, including virtual care, platform enhancements, and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities- Support MyChart build, configuration, and optimization
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve defects
- Participate in Epic upgrades, testing, and validation
- Support Care Companion and Care Journey workflows
- Collaborate on enhancements, integrations, and digital initiatives (AI, virtual care)
Required- 5+ years of Epic MyChart experience (certification)
- Upgrade experience
- Strong troubleshooting/investigation skills
- Experience with Care Companion / Care Journey
Preferred- Ambulatory and/or Cadence certification
- Hello World experience
- Growth/integration or digital health experience
- Exposure to AI initiatives
