These projects are all IT infrastructure-based including hardware upgrades, data transfer/security, migrations, antivirus implementation, etc. This person should be comfortable without standard project management tools as the group has access to web-based Excel rather than more advanced tools. This person should be comfortable coming into a busy environment, rallying the troops to push toward delivery and following up on necessary tasks as listed on the action log. This person should be prepared to facilitate daily stand up, weekly status meetings, but also be comfortable with random ad hoc meetings that occur daily. As mentioned above, there is an immense amount of follow up - ensuring people know what is going on and that they have what they need and coordinating all moving pieces.
