Key Responsibilities
- Provide Supplier Hub support and delivery with deep knowledge of architecture, business processes, and end-to-end integrations
- Manage production support queues including issue triage, resolution, defect documentation, and enhancement requirements
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments, coordinate development efforts, and align onshore-offshore delivery
- Work hands-on with Oracle EBS, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle EDQ, downstream integrations, and enterprise workflows
- Collaborate across product, business, user, and development teams to deliver practical technical solutions
- Follow agile delivery methodology and Kroger's support processes
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Cloud Integration
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle EDQ, and enterprise integrations
- Production support experience including queue management and issue resolution
- Familiarity with Supplier Hub architecture and business processes
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies
- Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- W2 employment eligibility (No C2C)
