Job Description:
Mandatory skills:
• Oracle SOA Suite
• Oracle Cloud Integration

Additional Requirement:
•   Strong technical expertise across Supplier Hub support and delivery, with deep knowledge of Supplier Hub architecture, business processes, and end-to-end system integrations.
•   Core skill sets include production support queue management, issue triage and resolution, defect identification and documentation, enhancement requirement definition, technical feasibility assessment, development effort coordination, and onshore-offshore delivery alignment.
•   Hands-on experience includes Oracle EBS, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle EDQ, downstream integrations, and enterprise integration workflows, along with a solid understanding of Kroger’s support processes and agile delivery methodology.
•   Proven ability to collaborate across product, business, user, and development teams to translate operational issues and business needs into practical technical solutions.
