About the Role
Seeking an experienced Oracle Apps professional with strong technical expertise in Supplier Hub support and delivery. This remote W2 position (Cincinnati, OH preferred) requires deep knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Cloud Integration, and enterprise integration workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production support queues with issue triage and resolution
- Identify and document defects while defining enhancement requirements
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and coordinate development efforts
- Align onshore-offshore delivery teams for seamless execution
- Collaborate across product, business, user, and development teams
- Support Oracle EBS, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle EDQ, and downstream integrations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Cloud Integration
- Deep Supplier Hub architecture and business process knowledge
- Hands-on Oracle EBS, Oracle EDQ, and enterprise integration experience
- Understanding of agile delivery methodology and support processes
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
