About the Role
Seeking an experienced Oracle Apps professional for remote production support and delivery. Focus on Supplier Hub architecture, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Cloud Integration with hands-on experience in enterprise integrations and agile methodologies. Cincinnati, OH preferred but fully remote as of now. No C2C – W2 only.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production support queues with issue triage and resolution
- Identify and document defects while defining enhancement requirements
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and coordinate development efforts
- Align onshore-offshore delivery teams for seamless execution
- Support Oracle EBS, SOA Suite, EDQ, and downstream integrations
- Collaborate across product, business, and development teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Oracle SOA Suite (Mandatory)
- Oracle Cloud Integration (Mandatory)
- Strong Supplier Hub support and architecture expertise
- Production support queue management and issue resolution
- Experience with Oracle EBS, EDQ, and enterprise integrations
- Agile delivery methodology and Kroger support processes
- Proven cross-team collaboration skills
