About the Role

Our client, a large enterprise solutions integrator, delivers VMware Cloud Foundation deployments and datacenter migrations for their customers and needs experienced VCF project managers who can lead these engagements end to end. We''re also building a roster of VCF PMs for additional enterprise engagements as organizations modernize their infrastructure in the post-Broadcom landscape.

If you''ve led VCF implementation or migration projects in the last 24 months, we want to talk. We move fast — often from first conversation to client introduction within days.

What We''re Looking For

• Hands-on project management experience leading VMware Cloud Foundation deployments, migrations, or datacenter modernization programs within the past 24 months
• Deep familiarity with the VCF stack — you don''t need to rack servers, but you need to speak fluently about SDDC Manager, workload domains, NSX-T, vSAN, and lifecycle management without leaning on your engineers to translate
• Experience managing large-scale VM migrations using VMware HCX, including wave planning, application dependency mapping, and cutover coordination
• Track record leading engagements at a VAR, MSP, solutions integrator, or VMware partner — not just internal IT. You understand the client-facing delivery rhythm: workshops, status calls, stakeholder management, scope negotiation
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery in infrastructure contexts — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog management applied to datacenter projects, not just software development
• Ability to drive technical blockers to resolution — coordinating across networking, storage, security, and vendor teams to keep the project moving
• Comfortable managing project budgets, tracking burn rates, and maintaining financial governance on engagements at enterprise scale

Nice to Have

• PMP or PMI-ACP certification
• Experience with NSX-V to NSX-T migrations
• Familiarity with Aria Operations and Aria Automation for post-deployment visibility and lifecycle management
• Experience coordinating hardware rollouts with Dell, HPE, or other VCF-validated node vendors (VxRail, vSAN ReadyNodes)
• Background delivering as-built documentation and operational hand-offs to client teams
• Familiarity with Broadcom licensing and subscription model changes
