Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Montague that are seeking Controls Engineers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control narratives, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, maintenance, IT) to optimize automation solutions.
• Program and configure industrial control devices, such as PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and servo drives.
• Implement and maintain industrial network protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) for plant floor communication.
• Conduct root cause analysis for control system failures and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in the commissioning and startup of new equipment and production lines.
