Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and SOPs.
- Implement process control strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment to enhance production capabilities.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
