Role Overview
This position is for an Application Architect to support a critical project involving SpreadOption functionality for a trading desk. The role also involves addressing enterprise mandates and remediating identified vulnerabilities. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications as part of a high-priority initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications using C# and WinForms.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Enhance existing applications by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, WinForms, and SQL Server is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with scripting, automation, or backend development.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $68.00/hr - $73.68/hr. The specific rate offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the chosen candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills. This position includes a benefits package available to eligible employees.
