The position requires deep involvement in technical execution, working with developers, IT operations, and business stakeholders to manage detailed product requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage detailed user stories within Jira, including continuous refinement and updates throughout the development lifecycle.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment on requirements, architecture impact, and delivery expectations.
- Analyze existing SQL Server processes and data workflows to support migration planning.
- Understand data dependencies, integrations, and impacts across systems when transitioning to Databricks.
- Define and drive a repeatable, automated testing strategy for validating data integrity and system outputs.
- Help define a standardized, repeatable deployment approach to minimize risk.
- Contribute to evolving delivery processes, including exploring ways to leverage AI for code generation and documentation-driven development.
Required Qualifications

Experience working with large-scale data migrations or transformations. Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks or similar technologies) and an understanding of data integration, synchronization, and pipeline design.
Product & Delivery Expertise: Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in highly technical environments. Experience writing and managing detailed user stories and working closely with development teams. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., working in sprint cycles, backlog management).
Testing & Quality Focus: Experience defining data validation and automated testing strategies. Ability to ensure completeness and accuracy in testing complex data workflows.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare data (e.g., patient data, pharmacy, billing, or similar datasets) is strongly preferred. Experience working in regulated or complex data environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale platform migrations involving performance or scalability challenges.
- Exposure to distributed data systems or parallel processing environments.
- Familiarity with canary or staged deployment approaches.
