Top Requirements:
5+ years of Software Engineering experience supporting complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.Proven experience designing and delivering AI-driven solutions, including workflows, agents, copilots, and automations using LLMs and enterprise AI services.Strong experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, internal services, data platforms) using secure APIs and orchestration patterns.Ability to lead solution architecture and technical design, including prompt engineering, workflow design, and AI governance considerations.Strong communication skills and ability to act as a technical bridge between business, product, data, security, and engineering teams.Experience delivering solutions that meet enterprise reliability, scalability, security, privacy, and compliance standards.Plusses:
Experience owning end-to-end AI solutions lifecycle (concept proof of value production continuous improvement).Familiarity with responsible AI practices, including model risk management and data protection.Experience contributing to reusable AI patterns, standards, or frameworks.Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy enterprise environments.Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication capabilities.Job Summary:
The Software Engineer 4 - Enterprise AI Solutions Engineer consults on
complex, enterprise-wide AI and software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify AI-enabled opportunities, design scalable solutions, and deliver production-ready AI capabilities. The engineer leads architecture and design efforts, ensures responsible AI adoption, and contributes to reusable standards that accelerate
enterprise-wide AI adoption while meeting security, risk, and compliance expectations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business needs and identify AI-enabled opportunities.
- Design, prototype, and deliver AI-driven workflows, agents, copilots, and automations using LLMs and enterprise AI services.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and systems using secure APIs and orchestration patterns.
- Rapidly iterate on prototypes and transition them into production-ready solutions.
- Act as a technical liaison across business, product, data, security, and engineering organizations.
- Lead solution architecture and design, including:
- Prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration
- API and service integration
- Enterprise knowledge and data integration
- Security, privacy, risk, and governance considerations
- Own AI solutions across the entire delivery lifecycle.
- Apply and promote responsible AI best practices, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to reusable standards, patterns, and guidance for scalable AI adoption.
