Top Requirements:
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, supporting complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.Proven experience designing and delivering AI-driven solutions, including workflows, agents, copilots, and automations using large language models (LLMs) and enterprise AI services.Strong hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, data platforms, internal services) using secure APIs and orchestration patterns.Ability to lead solution architecture and technical design, including prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and enterprise governance considerations.Strong communication skills with the ability to act as a technical bridge between business, product, data, security, and engineering teams.Experience delivering solutions that meet enterprise standards for reliability, scalability, supportability, security, privacy, and compliance.Plusses:

The Software Engineer 4 - Enterprise AI Solutions Engineer consults on
complex, enterprise-wide AI and software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to identify AI-enabled opportunities, design scalable and compliant solutions, and deliver production-ready AI capabilities. The engineer leads architecture and design efforts, ensures responsible AI adoption, and contributes to reusable enterprise standards that accelerate AI adoption while meeting security, risk, and governance expectations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business problems and identify AI-enabled opportunities.
- Design, prototype, and deliver AI-driven workflows, agents, copilots, and automations using LLMs and enterprise AI services.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and systems using secure APIs and orchestration patterns.
- Rapidly iterate on prototypes and transition them into production-ready solutions.
- Act as a technical liaison across business, product, data, security, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are usable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Lead solution architecture and design activities, including:
- Prompt engineering and AI workflow design
- API integration and service orchestration
- Enterprise knowledge and data integration
- Security, privacy, risk, and governance considerations
- Own AI solutions across the full delivery lifecycle, from proof of value to continuous improvement.
- Apply and promote responsible AI best practices, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development of reusable standards, patterns, and guidance for scalable AI adoption across the enterprise.
