Help Desk Analyst I

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Mesa, Arizona, on a long-term contract basis. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth daily operations for end-users. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to address and resolve user issues effectively.

Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and access permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems.
Respond to and resolve service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist users with basic troubleshooting for system errors and application problems.
Document and track all support interactions and solutions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues to higher support levels as needed.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to minimize future disruptions.

Requirements

Proficiency in Active Directory for account management and permission settings.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and related troubleshooting techniques.
Experience handling service desk tickets and resolving user issues effectively.
Familiarity with basic hardware and software troubleshooting processes.
Excellent communication skills to interact with users and team members.
Ability to document technical solutions and maintain accurate records.
Proven problem-solving skills to identify and address system challenges.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
