Integration Lead (AWS & Cloud Integrations)

Job Title: Integration Lead (AWS & Cloud Integrations)
Location: Dallas TX / Hybrid / Onsite (Based on Client Requirement)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

Integration Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Design and lead enterprise integration architecture using AWS cloud-native services.
• Define integration standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead solution design discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Review architecture, code quality, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, highly available, and maintainable.
• Drive enterprise-wide API and integration strategies.

Development & Implementation

• Design and develop serverless integration solutions using AWS services.
• Build and maintain integrations using AWS Lambda, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices-based integration solutions.
• Implement event-driven architectures using AWS messaging services.
• Develop reusable integration components and shared services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

Cloud & DevOps

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.
• Automate build, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to improve deployment efficiency.
• Ensure security best practices are implemented across integration solutions.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, APIs, and application performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and external vendors.
• Lead technical design workshops and architecture review sessions.
• Coordinate with globally distributed development teams.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Governance & Delivery

• Maintain architecture documentation and integration specifications.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security policies.
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and production readiness.
• Identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Participate in project estimation, planning, and resource management.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor integration developers and engineers.
• Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development and enterprise integration experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading integration or cloud engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
• Expertise in AWS Lambda.
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience building Event-Driven and Serverless applications.
• Experience with Git-based source control.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
