Job Description:

We're looking for a Learning Content Developer to support the creation and maintenance of training materials for both instructor-led and eLearning programs. You'll update presentations, assist with storyboards, support multimedia and narration work, test eLearning courses, and help keep training documentation organized. This role works closely with senior instructional designers and offers hands-on experience across the full learning development process.
Responsibilities

Content Development
  • Update and refine PowerPoint decks for classroom and virtual training.
  • Assist with recording, editing, and integrating narration into eLearning content.
  • Help create facilitator guides, job aids, storyboards, and basic eLearning components.
  • Ensure materials follow branding, templates, and accessibility standards.

Instructional Design Support
  • Apply foundational instructional design and adult learning principles under guidance.
  • Align content to learning objectives and course outcomes.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from designers and subject matter experts.

Systems & Documentation
  • Test eLearning courses to ensure proper functionality before launch.
  • Maintain course files, assets, and documentation in SharePoint.
  • Support version control, content updates, and publishing workflows.
  • Track tasks and timelines using tools like Monday.com.

Collaboration & Project Support
  • Assist designers with project coordination, notes, feedback tracking, and scheduling.
  • Communicate with team members, instructors, and subject matter experts.
  • Research learning trends, tools, and best practices as needed.
Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with narration/voiceover tools, Articulate 360 (or similar), and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.
