Pay Range: $60.50/Hr-67.50/Hr Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Genesys Developer/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Genesys Cloud, implementation, and deployment, as well as expertise in IVR/Call Flow design and configuration. This role will support a major Genesys call center implementation and contact center modernization initiative.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement Genesys Cloud solutions.
- Design and configure IVR/Call Flows.
- Administer and develop contact center platforms.
- Support new contact center rollouts.
- Integrate REST APIs and CRM systems (preferred).
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience with Genesys.
- Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud.
- Proven experience in Genesys implementation and deployment.
- Experience with large-scale contact center migrations (preferred).
- Genesys Cloud Certification (preferred).
- Healthcare industry experience (preferred).
