  • Partner with architects, engineers, and vendors to define:

    • Meter data management (MDM) integrations
    • Grid/ADMS and OMS interfaces

  • Translate business and operational needs into technical requirements and solution design
  • Provide guidance on system performance, scalability, and data flows

AMI & Grid Integration

  • Ensure AMI 2.0 capabilities integrate with ADMS, OMS, SCADA, and Distribution Operations systems
  • Support use cases such as outage detection, remote connect/disconnect, voltage monitoring, and analytics
  • Align AMI enhancements with control room and field operations workflows tied to system reliability and restoration

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as primary liaison across business units (Operations, IT, Engineering) and third-party vendors
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Field Operations, Metering, Customer Systems, and Grid Technologies
  • Drive decisions, manage escalations, and ensure alignment across all parties

Required Qualifications

  • 8 12+ years of experience in utility IT, grid modernization, or AMI program delivery
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Program Lead on large-scale utility implementations
  • Direct experience with AMI systems (meters, head-end, MDM, integrations)
  • Strong understanding of utility operations (distribution, outage management, field operations)
  • Ability to engage deeply in technical architecture and integration discussions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AMI 2.0 upgrades or large-scale smart meter deployments
  • Familiarity with ADMS / OMS platforms and grid modernization programs
  • Knowledge of SCADA, distribution systems, and data/analytics platforms
  • Experience working in or supporting control room / system operations environments
  • PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification preferred
