Role Overview

A detail-oriented QA/BA Specialist is sought to support enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ISO/MT/MX messaging standards, with a background in capital markets, wires, or payments. This role requires a proactive, independent contributor who can manage requirements analysis, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage initiatives within payments teams to meet business goals and timelines.
  • Analyze existing requirements and facilitate discussions for new initiatives and enhancements.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment on functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Track and document defects, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Communicate with IT and development teams using ISO technical knowledge.
  • Independently manage requirements gathering, test execution, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • Business Analyst/Quality Assurance experience with demonstrated project involvement.
  • Solid understanding of ISO messaging standards.
  • Experience in test plan development, test case creation, and scripting.
  • Background in financial services, particularly capital markets, CIB, or payments.
  • Hands-on experience with MX/MD messaging standards.
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is $55.00/hr to $60.00/hr.
