Role Overview
This position is for a Business Analyst who will act as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams. The Analyst will analyze current processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, capture requirements, and work closely with the Development Team to refine specifications for execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between business partners and technology teams.
- Analyze current processes and systems to assess the business model and its integration with technology.
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs, analyze problems, and capture requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner within an Agile Scrum team to evaluate features, write effective user stories, and document business rules.
- Work with developers to review technical design, identify enablers, and manage dependencies.
- Document detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) to clarify requirements and assess defects.
- Ensure test plans and scripts satisfy all documented requirements.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks, and define technical solution strategies.
Technical Skills:- .Net Core
- Microsoft SSIS
- MS SQL Server
- Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA.
Professional Skills:- Experience with Agile methodologies, including feature writing, story grooming, and sprint planning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to facilitate discussions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to analyze existing capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position is between $48.00 and $53.56 per hour. A benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
