We are seeking an experienced Manager, HR Platform Partnerships to lead strategic relationships with HR technology platforms, benefits administration providers, and payroll vendors. This role will drive successful integrations, enhance employee benefits delivery, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency across HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
<>Partnership Management
- Build and maintain relationships with HR technology vendors, benefits administration platforms, and payroll providers.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and align vendor strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.
<>Integration & Implementation
- Lead technical and operational integrations with HR platforms.
- Partner with IT, Product, Operations, and Benefits teams to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Support implementation projects and resolve integration challenges.
<>Strategic Planning
- Identify new partnership opportunities and platform enhancements.
- Monitor HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.
- Develop strategies to improve benefits administration and user experience.
<>Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain data privacy, security, and governance standards.
- Assess operational and compliance risks across partner platforms.
<>Performance & Reporting
- Track and report partnership KPIs and service metrics.
- Drive continuous process improvements and platform optimization.
- Present recommendations and performance updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
✅ 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Benefits Administration, Vendor Management, or Partnership Management
✅ Strong understanding of employee benefits and insurance products
✅ Experience managing relationships with HR technology vendors and third-party partners
✅ Knowledge of compliance regulations including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementations
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience with Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HR platforms
⭐ Knowledge of APIs, file-based integrations, and HR data exchange standards
⭐ Experience within employee benefits, insurance, healthcare, or HR services industries
⭐ Strong analytical and reporting skills
