Job#: 3030476 Job Description: Nova Product Lead161 Avenue of the Americas New York, NY 10013 (Located in One Soho Square) - Hybrid 1-2x per weekContract to HireProject Scope:CVS is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Product Owner / Project Manager to lead the development and adoption of a next-generation customer experience tracking platform. This individual will guide a cross-functional team of 8-12 engineers, analysts, and data specialists in building a system that captures member sentiment, leverages AI and machine learning, and empowers business users with self-service insights.

High-Level Individual Duties: - Serve as both Product Owner and Product Manager, overseeing roadmap, delivery, and team execution.
- Run Agile ceremonies in the absence of a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Define product strategy, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with data science teams to translate machine learning outputs into intuitive business-facing features.
- Drive user adoption, change management, and training for self-service analytics tools.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategic planning.
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools): - Strong background as a Product Manager & Product Owner.
- Experience working with machine learning, data science teams, and AI-enabled products
- This is a data product, so will need to understand machine learning and how this interfaces with data science teams and explain this to non-technical audiences.
- Strong storytelling and executive-ready communication skills, including PowerPoint strategy development.
- Consulting background/prior experience working with Big 4's or SI Partners such as Deloitte, McKinsey, EY, Accenture, etc.
- Agile Product experience
- Experience running Agile ceremonies, User Story creation, Backlog Refinement, keeping Jira boards up to date, etc.
- Healthcare experience, ideally payer and provider experience .
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to think forward about user experience and adoption.
